Great Product for Endurance Athletes
I received a sample of the Biestmilch Biest Booster through a contest Chris "Macca" McCormick had on his website. I compete in triathlons so I was excited to try a new nutritional. Once you get through the shock of the taste, this stuff works amazingly! I tried it on an Olympic distance triathlon I had done this race before a couple years prior. During the bike portion, I had one tablet with some water. I ended up dropping 20 minutes off my time from two years ago. I attribute this time drop partially to the bike course being much flatter and Biestmilch fueling me through my run (I had one my fastest 10k splits during a race).I highly recommend this product for anyone who does endurance sports. The taste is not the greatest, but what nutritional is. A couple sips of water and the taste is washed away. I've done over 20 triathlons with various gels and fluids, but Biestmilch I felt was the most effective. I plan on training with these tablets for my upcoming half Ironman.
