The product is beautiful and has good utility. A part did snap off during installation to no fault of mine, but the customer service was able to replace just that part so I wouldn't have to end up returning it for another whole set. The only grip I have is with the floor board. I wouldn't mind paying a little more for something a little sturdier than what appears to be just a foam board.

Ordered this storage bench and got it all together except the last piece and it wasn't there. Contacted the seller who said they will contact the manufacturer to send the correct part. I had 2 rights and no left part. After a month of following up they had still not heard back from the manufacturer. I bought this thing to store stuff in and now I have the stuff and this big bench in 2 pieces on my porch. All they ever say when I email is they will check with the manufacturer and get back to me. They won't even take the part out of another one, set it aside, send me the part I need and get the other from the manufacturer. It's BS! Buy this bench if you need more clutter rather than storage.

One con is that I could not have assembled this on my own -- I needed other reviewers lists of tips and mistakes to help me, plus I had to find a video on YouTube to show assembly because instructions were confusing or non-existent. Once we figured it out, it was like putting a Lego set together. I was worried about water intrusion but so far things are dry enough -- in our last heavy rain the items inside (pool towels) were slightly damp on top, but not wet all the way through. It's not perfect, but acceptable. Rain does not drain off the seat top or back slats so when it dries, it's pretty dirty. But for the price, it's a good value and gets the job done.

I bought this to sit outside my front door on my patio and be able to enjoy the day and watch the birds and squirrels.

some of the reviews are correct, you cannot make it even. The bottom part comes out. Unfortunately I had an emergency and had to keep it. not happy to spent so much money.

Took awhile to put together, but it's a great addition to the porch and has more storage capacity than I expected. I would highly recommend this piece.

Was broken when we received it. Had to pay 50$ to return it because keeping a box that big makes no sense, so had to purchase one to return it.

Un peu difficile à monter au niveau du dossier. Notice un peu légère. Le transport a été dur car arrivé plastique fendu par endroit! Solide malgré tout heureusement ! Sinon joli , il fait son effet.

Las medidas son exactas a las indicadas. Llegó en el tiempo indicado y sin desperfectos. Color tal y como se indica en la foto. Lo compré con oferta aproximadamente unos 100 eur.

Arrived with some damage to the plastic parts possibly due to the packing being a bit on the flimsy side, also the box looked like it had been bashed about a bit so we had a word with Amazon and negotiated a discount.The assembly of the bench was quite straightforward as long as you take your time and align the parts properly the instructions are fairly good and easy to understand but be aware the two metal bars that come with it are very sharp especially on the ends, we managed to keep the damaged panel at the back so it does not show, all in all the bench looks good when assembled and seems sturdy enough but take your time when you put it together.
