Had to return because I ordered the incorrect size. The return was so easy I had to give this a five-star rating! Replaced it with the correct size and worked perfectly.

It was a replacement power supply. The first one I tried from another manufacturer caused static on the lines. This one worked perfectly with no static.

My cordless phone was not working. This device allowed me to repair the cradle for my cordless phone to recharge it.Excellent!

I ordered this to replace the 100-120V power supply that came with my AT&T phone with a 100-240V power supply since I planned to use the phone overseas. The plug that's supposed to go into the phone base is much larger than the original it's meant to replace, as shown in the picture I attached. On the left is the original plug; on the right is the plug for this power supply. When you plug it into the base, it sticks out much further than the space allowed for it, making the base not be flat and therefore very difficult to use. I should have paid closer attention to some of the other reviews before ordering it. I guess I relied on the overall review score instead of reading individual reviews.

Worked perfectly! This is for the base unit, not the satellite phones. Replaced the original adapter flawlessly.
