I am not a yoga teacher nor a yoga student, and oon the market we can find more than 1000 books about spine and exercise, but this book realy belong to the group of best books on subject. But it is not a book with exercise program and if you search for quick practice to repair your spine, not for you. This book is about deep explanations on what, why, etc...and that every spine is unique, so if you want to learn, you can customize exercises to your needs or possibilities. I have all books from McGill, Liebenson, etc... but this one gave me the most.

This is the book I've been waiting for
Another fantastic book from this author. As a yoga teacher who is doing additional training on yoga for the spine this is a wonderful detailed book for my studies. I have lots of books relating to the spine this is the best book on my shelf. Ideal for anyone who wants to understand about the spine. It's easy to read and doesn't get too caught up in the technical jargon like most do.

TOO MUCH USELESS INFORMATION
I bought this book in great anticipation, hoping it would be as good as the author’s previous one Your Yoga Your Body, but found it to be 300 pages of ramble often repeated unnecessarily.Couldn’t maintain my interest after reading the first 2 chapters and after scanning the remainder of the book, I realised there’s nothing worthwhile. Disappointing

Excellent book
This book is must to any yoga teacher. Bernie Clark is genius.Nothing to do with the book but where is the cardboard packaging??? Please no more plastic
