Can’t imagine why anyone would use anything else 😎 I think they invented the coating process .The additional cost is so worth it .

New strings are great. But wow, these extra light Polyweb Elixir strings sure added a nice rich 'pop' to my acoustic guitar. Very easy to play, you need to use an easy touch with these. Especially if you are coming off of a 12-string or a medium/heavy gauge acoustic. An experienced player can 'reset' quickly, but some folks need a day or two to adjust their fingering.

I've used Martin 80/20 bronze and brand name strings for 40 years on guitars 🎸 an& always thought coated strings were just gimmicks and not well wound but it's not so . these strings bring out the natural and offset harmonics from strings completely differently than any others I've tried . My only regret is giving my second set of the onlyb2 i bought from Amazon to another guitarist before trying them %#@! they still haven't broken from all my crazy detunings down for tunings . I'm sure the one set I have will sound just as great for many months to come and work perfect with my locking tuners so yea , 😀 love them and will be my choice strings from now on for acoustic. Gets 6 strings Up

Placées sur fender vintage, sonnent très bien et chaud. Ne se désaccordent pas très vite.
