Excellent. Simply put, the best shawarma I've ever cooked with. We use it on chicken legs, roasted veggies, and tonight I stewed onions in olive oil, this shawarma and lemon. Divine! I'm so glad I chanced it after watching a YT kosher cooking video.Will be coming back for more!

Excellent flavor and the AROMA ! WOW !You must like ginger / clove !!!My only complaint is I expected this to be a fine powder .... it's MOSTLY powdered, BUT there are chunks of ginger. I'm not fond of having to chew my coffee .... I cheek the pieces until I'm done and then chew them up. Ginger is good for headache prevention (myans carry ginger root in their pockets and chew regularly).So, all in all , this is a fine product full of flavor.I've seen people complain about the size of the jar ... it's exactly as advertised, soooooo?And that the writing on the jar is small??? Seriously, people ?? That is pretty much true for EVERYTHING! Get a magnifier.... take a photo with your phone and then zoom in on it..... ask a stray kid to read it for you.... or just guess.

I really like the taste / flavor profile of this product, my only gripe would be that the lid does not form a tight seal, it just sits on top of the glass jar and spins forever, it fails to tighten. Repeat issue, this is my 3rd jar with this same problem. Here in southern Florida it's very humid and clumps begin to form and I must break them apart occasionally with a fork.Please fix the lid and please try to improve the shipment times, it takes forever and a day for your product to arrive here in the USA, I believe that it may be shipped from overseas? Perhaps this is a drop shipped product. Very slow.

I thought this was sweet with some spice. Nope. I like it alot. It will be a great warmer upper like on a frosty day. Coffee or tea.

The spice is a beautiful golden color and it has a wonderful aroma. It leaves a little tingle on the tongue. I hope to use it on some fish and in some rice in the near future. The jar came very well packed and is very generous in size. I appreciate the seal tape so that I could know it was fresh.

I am not able to process a replacement. The lid of the jar was dented and the top shows that the vacuum seal has been broken. I have purchased several Jamie geller products and all have arrived in pristine condition. This one (hawaij for coffee) was well packaged for shipping. It seems that whoever put the jar in the box did not do quality control or did not understand that an intact lid is important, especially for better products. I would like a replacement. I can provide a photo.
