Worked great, I couldn't find a replacement from the OEM of our lights, this fit perfectly with a couple minor mods to the housing and some two sided tape.

did not work
wired correctly but the ballast would not light the tubes (2) F8T5. Initially the tubes glow like they are trying to light then the ballast shuts down. Turn off power then on with the same result. Too bad- good price but junk.

Worked fine at first but quit providing power after only 3 months. Quality seems to be severely lacking.
