GNC B-COMPLEX BIG 150

These really really really help me with anxiety and mood swings. I began taking them 20 years ago when I would experience illogical panic attacks when working in the corporate world - unrealistic anxiety that I'd wake up with, getting ready for work. I overheard an acquaintance talking about how B-150 had helped her so much after someone recommended them to her for social anxiety and discomfort leaving the house, etc. So I bought them and they tangibly worked! I've been out of the work world for a long time now so I had stopped taking them. Recently I realized that I do experience illogical social anxiety, and occasional panic or just plain sad mood swings. So I ordered B-150 and within a week or two, i suddenly realized I wasn't having those daily sad mood swings. Score!! But my experience is, it has to be B-150! Not B-50 or B-100!! Also, I've been drinking 2 special-order energy drinks every day for years - each one contains 1000s of percent of the B-vitamins - but never helped my anxiety. But these B-150 pills DO!! On another note, my husband suffers from anxiety, depression, etc - his whole life. But especially about work. Recently I added this to his daily anti-depressants and I NOTICE A DIFFERENCE! He's not "cured," but he tangibly gets less deeply emotionally mired down in the things that cause him angst (work) - and that is SUCH a wonderful thing!! Can't say enough! Nobody seems to talk about B-150 for anxiety, and if I hadn't overheard an acquaintance talking about it all those years ago, I would've missed out! (Ps: unfortunately I have never experienced all this "energy" that some people say it provides. And I am in desperate need of it and would notice if it had ever given me the boost that other people experience)

My thyroid medication plays havoc on my hair, so when my hairstylist suggested these and another supplement with biotin, I figured I'd give them a try. Within a couple months, my hair is healthy again, and I have a lot more energy.

I felt the tablets were kinda huge, but got what i wanted.

I have taken GNC Women's Ultra Mega Mulivitamins for many years and really like them. I have never taken the B Complex, but am hopeful they will give me more energy.

My favorite part of taking the GNC Big 150 vegetarian supplement is because it gives me energy!
