I recently got on a fitness kick when I bought a Vibration Plate. One of the instructor uses the ball in her routine so though this would be a good piece of equipment to add to my arsenal. I looked at many balls and many of them looked to be the same with different labels. I chose this one due to the price point and I like the name. I am happy with my decision. It took about 2 minutes to blow up but maybe I am a slow pumper. The ball is a pretty aqua and the finish on the ball is textured making it easier to grip. Its a soft flexible material. They also give you a couple of extra plugs. If you are in the market for a comfortable yoga ball this is a good choice.

I've recently been practicing yoga and getting into a vigorous workout routine at home, and I set about looking for a good yoga ball. After finding out a disturbing trend among low-priced balls with said balls being low quality and "melting" + sticking to wood and other furniture, I found this ball with actual decent reviews. And they don't lie! This is a great ball.It inflates super easily with the included hand pump and comes with backup plugs and straws... for alternate inflation? I found the hand pump to be satisfactory, so I'm not sure about those... but I guess they would be handy in the event of misplacing or breaking the hand pump. The carrying bag is also a nice touch, but it's (of course) only for the deflated ball.The material is thick and feels quality, and the texture is nice and smooth, but grippy. The color is very pretty as well! You will lose a good bit of air when trying to replace the plug, but with fast fingers + inflating a little more than you need you can get the right amount of air without too much trouble.Overall a fantastic purchase, and I would buy again if need be!

What seems easy after you know how to do it, is not so easy before you are instructed exactly how to best inflate the ball. I had to watch a demonstration video or two to learn how to get the ball (which loves hiss at you and blow air and deflate until you get the plug in. The directions don't tell you the trick to doing it successfully. After I watched a couple of online videos of other people inflating their own round excercize units, I got the knack and before long I was hissing back at the inflated ball toot sweet. Said ball is of good quality, nice appearance and does, very well, what it is meant to do.

I chose this one for a quick shipment, the price, the pump. I never owned an exercise ball before, so I cannot compare but it works great for my mat palate class. My rate is 4 as the ball is not perfectly round, therefore minus 1. But it serves my exercise purpose and it is portable, easy to inflate.

I searched through many comparable items to find this small therapy ball & saw some specific (repetitive) complaints on dozens of similar items however, this product did not disappoint my expectations. It arrived quickly, inflated easily with the included hand pump, offered inflation straws & a few replacement plugs for maintaining ball pressure, had only a faint odor that dissipated quickly & the surface is not overly sticky or damaging to finished surfaces. It works perfectly for my PT routine & I am pleased with the amount I spent to get all of my requirements fulfilled. I recommend this therapy ball & would buy it again if I ever need another.

I have used many exercise or yoga balls and this one is by far the best! Arrived quickly. It came with the pump, exercise guide and extra plugs. It inflates in minutes. I use it for ab exercises.

I was hoping this would be easier to inflate/deflate and store away than a similar ball that didn't come with an air pump. Using the air "pump" is a lesson in futility.

This ball is well made and easy to inflate. Just what I was looking for.
