Boon for the Occasional Pie Maker
I had been using (and destroying) ziplock bags, parchment paper, wax paper etc. to roll out pie pastry without a lot of success. Lots of bits of paper in my pastry. Lots of miss sized pastry that needed to be patched if I'm honest. Lots of things stuck to things it would have been better they wouldn't have stuck to. I'm sure people who make tons of pies don't have this trouble but I'm pretty much a christmas & thanksgiving pie maker. This seems like it would be an unnecessary gadget but it is worth every penny. The reuseable nonstick bag to roll out pastry in is great. Make sure you flour it generously before you put in the dough. It will stick w/out flour. the real genius of this thing are the markings. Having a circle to tell you when you're done rolling is so great. This & the food processor have cut my pastry time to nothing. I might branch out to other holidays.

Easy to clean, easy to roll out dough
My wife loves it. Makes it easier to shape crust accurately, and the crust comes off easily. Good even for some gluten-free doughs, which are otherwise difficult to roll out. (But some gluten-free doughs are too goopy to roll out easily even with a pie crust bag.)

A must have tool for pie crust!
I am so glad I paid a little more for this pie crust bag. It makes rolling out dough so much easier. The measurement circles are more helpful than I thought they would be. The zipper holds well, and cleanup isn't bad bc of the silicone. Just make sure to clean the edges well. All in all a good purchase. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who makes pie crust. It's a must have tool!!

Good for to go pizza box.
Got this to use as a to go pizza box. I put a thin plastic cutting board in it to make it a bit stiffer. Kind of hard to wash but happy to have something reusable.
