Lots of Space, Lots of Air Flow, Overall I'm Very Happy
I have the basic model (no LED fans, but one front mounted 140mm fan and one in the rear of the case).Feels sturdy (I've had no problems with the build quality either), the plastic parts feel nice as well. I was actually surprised at how much of the case is metal considering it's sold as a "Plastic Mid Tower".I found it easy to take apart and put back together, even as a first time builder, and it comes with lots of extra screws and other bits.Offers lots of space and different options to route and manage cables. I've got a very tall CPU cooler, and it accommodates that with room to spare. It does include several long Velcro tiedowns for cables, but I still found I needed a few zip ties to make everything really neat. That being said, it has a cable management panel, so it's not like you have to see your cables if you don't want to.With stock fans my temps all look good, even when gaming/ under intense workloads, and there is a huge vent at the top of the case (which also has a rack to mount up to 3 140mm fans) , so overall very happy with the air flow.I find this case to be almost silent when it comes out of the box, I had to push the fans to about 70% in bios before I could hear them, and even at 100% they are not obnoxiously loud.My only complaint is that the screws can strip a little if you're not gentle with them, or if you are not using an ideally sized bit. I honestly wouldn't say that this caused my any issues, just know that you should be gentle when unscrewing things for the first time. The only person I would not recommend this case to is someone who wants a compact build, as it is relatively large.

One of the most impressive PC upgrades I've purchased in years
After using my old reliable Lian Li case for almost 15 years it was time for a new case with up to date features. Overall, I'm very happy with this Enthoo Pro M SE case. I like the styling, the Halos lighting and the generous amount of space to work inside the case. Here's a list of Pro's and Con's I found after setup was complete and having used it for a couple of weeks.Pros: 1) Lot's of space to work in for a Mid Tower case. 2) Included 2qty 120mm fans with Halos RGB lighting. 3) Mesh screens on top, bottom and front for keeping out dust 4) Plenty of access holes for running cables from the backside of the case, making for a very neat and clean build. 5) Velcro strips mounted on backside of case for keeping cables tidy. 6) Subjectively speaking, I like the styling. It's not overly flashy but has a clean look.Cons: 1) Although the included manual was nicely laid out and clear in what it stated it lacked specifics in areas I thought would have been nice. Particularly regarding the 12 volt sata connection and it's purpose along with the Halos RGB connections. 2) The Tempered Glass side panel is in desperate need of some type of hinge or similar mechanism to keep the glass side safe from falling while removing it when the case is standing upright. 3) My case arrived with a defective RGB Controller board. I couldn't get the Halos or the Power Button to light up.Customer Service: Due to the fact that my case had a defective RGB Controller board I contacted customer service for troubleshooting. I was able to speak with someone right away without any long holding times or going through multiple phone prompts. The gentlemen I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. He concluded I had a faulty RGB Controller board and mailed one out that same day. I received it within 3 days and after replacing it everything worked fine. Conclusion: This was my first Phanteks case after owning many other brands over the years and I have no regrets at all. I can't comment on how it compares with other modern cases as this is the only case I have purchased recently. What I can say is there is very little I would change about it, and what I would change is very minor. I can't imagine a better designed case at this price point. Most importantly, if you're like me and still using an old, outdated case because "it works", do yourself a favor and upgrade your case. It's pretty amazing how far they have come in 15 years,

My perfect case
This case is brilliant. I've built in 9 different PC cases now and this is the best case I've ever worked with. The RGB special edition is totally worth the money. Firstly, if you don't know already this is what you'll be working with if you pick this case:Mid tower case (H 480mm, W 235mm, D 500mm)Full tempered glass panel as side window7 expansion slots2 2.5" bays mounted on rear of case5.25" bay (this is removable if you don't want it)Space for a 280mm liquid cooler at front or top (They will support 360mm radiator if the 5.25" cage is removed manually)2 RGB fans come pre-installed at the front of the caseThe front of the case has a mesh panel, allowing the intake fans plenty of airflow. The top of the case comes with a magnetic dust filter which is rare nowadays and something I really like. The USB ports for the front are actually on a little side panel, rather than at the top next to the power button which gives the top a nice, clean look. There is a button on the side that would normally be for resetting the PC but it's actually used for changing the LED colours which makes it easy. I've gone for a dark blue look. The cable routing is great - at the rear of the case, you'll find the system cables already velcroed in nicely and you can add your cables to this. There's plenty of room for routing cables to make the front look neat. There's 2 slots for traditional 3.5" hard drives at the back too, meaning they are nicely out of the way.I felt this case had been designed in a way to make it easy to have a clean build. If I had to give one drawback, I'd say that it doesn't come with a rear exhaust fan. However, it's not a big deal and don't get fooled into thinking that your airflow is better by using all available fan slots. The location, speed and setup are far more important. If this review was useful, please click the helpful button :)
