This was bought as a gift, but the professional musician who told me about it was impressed with its quality and value. The seller was also amazing and got item here quickly. BEWARE other sellers who offer this item not on Amazon who will string you along for months without delivering your actual item (i.e. Music & Arts).

This practice pad looks just like the picture. My kid plays on it everyday. It's very sturdy! I'm no expert but the sound quality that comes off of it is good too.

Brought for my 13 year old grandson to use with High School band. He loves it. Works for him to practice position if the music. Would absolutely buy again.

I bought this for my son who is in Drumline and wanted a practice pad for home use. He loves it and uses it every day.I originally ordered another brand back in early November directly from a manufacturer based on his teacher’s recommendation but after 3 months it never arrived. I called the company and they said that they manufacture them in small batches and it would take up to 4 more weeks. Well I am now on five months and still waiting! They took my payment upon order and said they will not give refunds due to the fact that it goes directly to the manufacturing process.So rather than waiting any longer I ordered this model on Amazon and it arrived within a week. So glad I did that because my son has already been practicing with it for two months. I suppose when the other one eventually arrives he can use it as a back up.The noise level of this is to be expected which is not loud but not exactly quiet either.

This is a good chop building tenor pad. Sweeps are more difficult because of the material used. Quality build. 4 out of 5.

Its a very good practice pad for the money. It mimics the real drums in feel and in weight and sound. My son practices on it for many hours every day, he really likes it. Its of very good quality.

I have purchased two of these. My daughter has had one for almost a year because I wasn’t investing in a set of tenor drums nor do I have space in my house. She really liked them and the fact that they actually have rims that can be used. With all of this Covid-19 closing the schools, I bought a second one of these to donate to the school so the other tenor drummer would be able to practice. Have been real happy with the one we have so when the need came up, I went right back to this to get another.

This item is exactly what my son needs. It is very well built and well designed. Metal rims allow my son to practice "rim shots" and help him stay more precise with his drumming. He likes the feel of the rubber heads as well as the action and sound. Thanks!!!
