Excellent product and really works to stabilize the trailer
I had four BAL stabilizers on my trailer and they retracted high to avoid any contact with rear-end scraping on the ground. However, I mis-judged a driveway entry and dragged the back end of the trailer on the ground causing some major damage to the stabilizers. I had to remove the stabilizer jacks from the rear, move the front ones to the rear, and purchased these Camco jacks for the front. (The front is a bit higher than the rear.) the new jacks work perfectly and retract high enough to not cause any further damage to the trailer. They are strong and easy to retract with the supplied nut driver attached to an electric drill.

Solid
Got mine from Warehouse Deals so I had to bend back one base plate but they are solid and heavy. The two joints at either end are some kind of solid HSS that only carbide bits could drill through so I could add some springs to help with the initial torque required to start the lift. An 18V cordless power drill works fine. The hex bolt is 3/4” and you only get one in the box, but they are $10 on Amazon.

Great Stabalizing Jacks for a Relatively Heavy Trailer
Replaced old and damaged jacks on the back of our fifth wheel. Use them more for stabilization than leveling. Quick install. Comes with the mounting screws (very solid). Work perfectly. Very smooth to lower and raise. Provides sturdy stabilization.
