Be warned ⚠️
I bought this item on July 2022. For honesty it worked fine till June 2023 when I had an issue with the laptop and took it to hp service center to fix it under the warranty.I was surprised that hp told me the laptop warranty was activated 9 months prior to my purchase date and obviously expired 3 months after the purchase date!I contacted Amazon for the same and after a few calls they advised me to contact the reseller, Click to Buy, customer service.I did contact them and after a few attempts someone answered the phone and he was busy doing something else and barely spoke English.He in turn asked me to contact his technical team - instead of the customer service taking care of their clients and facilitate the call for me - but hay maybe I ask for too much!Now the reseller is offering to check and then fix the laptop, but honestly why should I bare all that trouble? The whole point of using Amazon platform is so they protect us from such scams.And so I think Amazon should have stricter rules for such fraudulent actions by resellers.Now what I want to warn you about is, 1) this reseller is selling items that are probably used - that's the only explanation of the warranty being started 9 months before purchase, 2) always check the warranty details as soon as you receive a new item and return it if warranty is not fresh.Will continue pursuing the complaint with Amazon and maybe I'll update this review later.

Great HP Envy Laptop!
It’s almost perfect! Can’t upgrade the onboard RAM but the SSD drive can! It came with Win 11 Home! It’s fast! After using my finger for login it goes straight to desktop! Used the SSD from my dead computer and only needed to get all the drivers installed! This laptop is perfect! Well almost lol. Only hitch seems to be the battery life. It’s now where near the 13 hours claimed. Around 4 to 5 at best. It did display 12 hours once but quickly fell to 6 then 5…..

Great for my collage student
I bought this for my nephew for college and he is loving it! He needed a new one and this thing is a beast! He's always on it and able to get his online tests and school work done easily and quickly. I loved my HP Envy printer as well and highly recommend both together!

Fabulous fast, lightweight icore7 laptop
LOVE this hp envy icore 7 laptop bc it converts to a tablet and is more substantial than a surface so keyboard easier to type on. It's lightweight and thin but not flimsy. Really love it!
