EDIT-I’m giving 5 stars because of how easy the return process was and how quickly/safely I received the replaced item!I requested a new piece and it was re-delivered super quickly (2-3 days). The new piece was packaged the same way but the bubbles in the bubble wrap were actually there this time. This seemed to help keep the item in one piece when delivered. As you can see in the 3rd picture, the item was delivered safely and the piece is beautiful!They also made the return process incredibly easy. All I had to do was drop it off and scan a code to ship the item back. I’m surprised at how easy and quick this overall process was. I’m super happy with the item and this whole return process!END EDIT-——————————————————————Beautiful piece. But the packaging was unfortunate. As you can see, the packaging was not sturdy enough, and it was broken into pieces upon delivery. It was wrapped in paper shavings, halfway popped bubble wrap, and a thin piece of flimsy cardboard. This won’t protect a delicate item like this. This NEEDS added layers/thicker, more protective packaging!I’ve requested a return and a replacement in hopes that the package is sturdier and will actually protect the item. I’ll update the review when the replacement comes through.
