Hipa RB-48 Carburetor Rebuild Kit with Primer Bulb for McCulloch 2816 2818 3227 C1U-M29D Parts

Package arrived in about 10 days from China and includes all parts pictured. I ordered this for a Mac 2818 and it is not the correct kit for my incarnation of the 2818. The carburetors are made by Walbro and you need to find the model number stamped on the carb body, e.g. mine was WT 434. Looking up parts for the WT 434 on another site (Mowers4u) showed me the correct rebuild kit to order.The Walbro models are numerous and many of the parts are the same between models; my diaphragm was bad and that is one of the parts that is different. The Walbro home site had a detailed service manual that applies to its small engine carbs, and they explain there that the number of models they produce prevents them from creating and maintaining a service manual for each model.

Works great, lasts a long time. Needed a bulb, but figured I'd do a whole rebuild. Super easy, cranked right up.

My Mac 2816 string trimmer runs like new again. Took a leisurely hour to clean and rebuild following YouTube videos and Zama service info found on Zama's site.

needle valve, spring & primer bulb fit. all gaskets and diaphragm do not match at all.

Not the correct kit for a MAC 3227 trimmer. One on the left is the original and the one on the right is their replacement. It doesn't look like a bad kit, it is just not the right one for my trimmer.

Exactly what I needed. Got my trimmer back up and running.

It was just what I was expecting and even came a little early.
