PL017-B, Neck and Shoulder Massager by Prospera

The cover materials are very soft and comfortable. Comparing to other massagers, at 5.5 lbs. it is one of the lightest neck and shoulder massagers available. My shoulders don't feel tired or being weighted down after using it for half an hour. It's very simple to use with two auto shut-off modes. I also like the massager's versatility, because I can use it to massage my legs, arms, and back. I truly enjoy using this massager.

Lasted only few weeks. Now on the way to landfill. Even when working, this was not a product I would have purchased had I had the opportunity to give it a try. I read the reviews about being too hard but I enjoy rough massage. This device had a hammering action that did nothing to ease back tension. Simply a hammering action that shakes your bones. Nothing relaxing about it. I took the item apart to find two heavy round pieces of metal that are jerked back and forth with an electric magnet. I wasn't surprised the device had failed. Only positive thing I can say is the fake leather seemed well made with excellent sewed seams.

Would have been a 5 star but I don't like that there are only two options for a massage to choose from. Massager works great, a lot more power than I would have thought possible. I would recommend it to someone else.

I have decided to return to school and finish my degree after many years of absence. The strain on my neck/shoulders was so bad that I would dread the thought of reading my assigned textbook chapters each week. Well, this beautiful massager does the best job of working those knots out and leaving me feeling revived and relaxed. I love it!! Would not be able to complete my assigned readings without it. The massage is strong, which shocked me at first, however, after the second round I was hooked! NO MORE ACHY NECK PAIN. There is also no need to hold the straps, just sit it around your neck and lean back on your sofa. Feels like you have a professional messeuse pounding the kinks out!

The massager works fine; however, it was a gift for my son's birthday and he was home when the package arrived. The seller couldn't even ship it in a brown box. Instead it was shipped in its original box showing the picture, description, etc. The address label was taped to the front of the box and the sides were all taped up. The box was mashed in but the massager was not harmed. I purchased the product on Amazon.com but it was shipped from the vendor, Crystal Chan Store. I would buy the product again but not from this vendor.

I ordered this percussion massager to hopefully alleviate some of the tension that inevitably builds up in my shoulders and neck when I'm stressed. Both settings were too rough for me. It hits you really hard! My whole body was jerking when it massaged me because it was pounding on me so hard. I can't imagine the girl in the photo on the box using this thing; she's even smaller than I am. I wouldn't recommend this unless you are either a man or someone who would like the feeling of someone hitting you as hard as they can on your tense shoulder and neck muscles for relief.

I bought this massager because I own other Prosepra massagers and have been happy with their performance. I've been using this massager for about a week now. The tapping percussion really delivers a strong deep massage to relieve my stiff neck and shoulders. You don't really have to hold it, just rest it on your shoulders lean back against a chair or sofa and get ready to enjoy a deep massage. It has two automatic modes that shuts off after about 15 minutes. If you are looking for this type of massager, definitely give this one a try.

I bought this massager as a lightning deal around Xmas 2014 and have only used it five times for 10 minutes on five different days. The other day I was having shoulder spasms and was hoping to get some relief. What I got instead was a mess on my clothes and my bed! Sand started pouring out of a little hole by the zipper. I tried to check if there were any other rips or if I could "close" the zipper, but the zipper is inside out and there is absolutely nothing I can do. I have tried to contact the seller to no avail. I have posted the pictures of the sand and the tiny opening of the zipper. If it wasn't for this horrible mishap I would give this massager four stars. The pounding is great, too bad I can no longer use it and wasted my money :o(

Hits hard just as I like it, but adjustable so it works for a lighter touch as well. I have tried the full massage pads, hand rollers, mini vibrating, etc about everything I can find locally and nothing even comes close to this. In fact I find it does better then my X LOL Only down falls I have found so far are the spacing between the 2 taps, but I just move till it hits the spot! Very easy to keep in place, timed shut off is a good reminder (not usually followed LOL) Great product very glad I purchased this. Have been using it for almost 2 weeks now every other day.

It does the job and hits hard, it does exactly what its supposed to do, EXCEPT it breaks down fast. I bought is from Amazon and when it arrived one of the sides didn't work, suspected a faulty item, so I returned it and Amazon was very nice about it. They sent another one and this time it worked perfectly, and I was happy with my purchase. After about a month one side totally stopped working, and this was only using it 3-4 times a week while taking great care of it. At this point it was after 30 days and I can't return it so yeah. Durability is a zero.

Ok, but not what I was expecting, but it might be alright for some people. Limited settings and programs

It seems to work fine but neither my wife nor I found it particularly effective.Would not purchase this massager again.
