These are great for jewelry making, having a need to drill pilot holes in charms etc. they worked like a charm for me

I purchased this micro drill bit set to drill a hole in a pilot jet to fix a surging issue with a snowblower. The case on appearance seemed ok however sliding the case door open was like trying to pry open a lock. Once I was able to slide it open, there were tiny bits of plastic dust possibly from trying to actually slide that case lock open. The next thing I noticed is that the bits themselves have no visible markings on them. Sliding the case shut, I tested sliding individual drill bits from the hole in the plastic case. This too was very poorly designed. Lastly, trying to actually use the bit yielding in just constant drilling in circles with no progress.This set is poorly designed and the bits are equally as poor. I cannot really recommend this to anyone unless you were drilling in really soft wood or paper. Granted, you don't pay a lot for this set, it could still have been made of a way better quality.

This is the worst Drill bit set I have ever had the misfortune of buying!First, I ordered two sets and, in the one I started using, so far I have found 8 drill bits to be broken and unusable!Second, I bought this specifically for the smaller drill bits as I build plastic models and I use the 0.3mm a lot and I break them a lot too! Well, guess what? I found out this morning that their size are NOT 0.3mm, but 0.57mm! This is WAY too big for my usage! And, what's worse is that all the bits, up to .6mm are all the same freaking size and yes, you guessed it, 0.57mm!So if I could give this a rating of 0 across the board I would but no, I can't! I am very angry at this being advertised as what it is when it simply is not!

Nice little set of drills. The ones I've used so far work well and are nice quality. Very happy with them!The case is a bit of a pain in the butt. It's larger than it needs to be and clunky to use - but you don't drill holes with a case! As I wasn't planning on using it anyway (I put the drills in one of my existing drill index stands) this wasn't important to me. It could stand a bit of a redesign though.Overall very happy with the purchase!

On receipt of this set of drills, I had no immediate use for it, so I took it at face value and set it aside without examining the drills closely. I recently did have use for the drills, and got an unpleasant surprise. The drill set is utter trash. About one-third of the drills are all the same size. The cutting lips of the drills are poorly ground. How a vendor can package and peddle such garbage is beyond me. It's far too late for me to request a refund. I'll know better in future to carefully examine goods before finally accepting them.

If you’re looking for a refill of your existing file of tiny drill bits this is fine. If you’re buying new look for the ones that come in a hinged metal case. You’re supposed to slide the plastic cover over until the hole in the edge aligns with the one you want and it individually falls out. I usually end up ripping the whole cover off, defeating the purpose.
