This is an amazing product. Easy to use and easy to adjust hot temperature by adjusting time in microwave. You can move it around to get the heat exactly where it is needed. I like the fact it folds up and can be stored almost anywhere. You can use it for cold too, but I have not tried it.

Very good and effective but remains hot for only 10ish mins..... but thats not a defect. Its how the product is supposed to be. I would buy again.

This is soft and comfortable but does not retain heat for very long

It doesn't hold the heat for very long. Have to reheat the pad multiple times in the microwave during a 20-30 minutes session. That's a nuisance. Also, the heating pad should be a few inches longer. Also, it isn't very effective. It's a warm and moist feeling, but didn't help my joint pains much, if at all. Good value for the money when it is on sale. Worth a try to see if helps you. I didn't like the appearance of the pad. I bought the brown one because as a male I didn't want the purple and some of the other colors. I'll keep trying it. I got it at the recommendation of an occupational therapist for my wrist pain due to arthritis now after a broken wrist decades ago. I have also tried it on my knee, ankle and lower back. It feels good when using it, but didn't help for the pain in any of those areas. Also, the pad has an odor to it, like a slightly burnt smell after taking it out of the microwave. That odor never goes away. And the pad has different textures for each side. I don't see that one or the other texture has any advantage in retaining heat or in comfort. Also, not enough fill material. And the stitching is poor so beads go from one compartment to another. Eventually I will try it for cold therapy, but putting it in the freezer for four hours first is too long. I can just use my cold gel pads that are always in the freezer and ready to use. I don't recommend this product.

Recommended by my Physical Therapist. I bought 2, they hold their heat very well, the contents distribute perfectly. The heat feels wonderfully healing on my injuries. I highly recommend these!

Very bad product. I followed the exact instructions to heat it and it worked after trying to heat it 2-3 times . The second time after 3-4 days I tried to heat it for 60s again, the products fur got burned and it’s not even heated. Trying to return/replace it but unable to do so.

I love the fact that it heats up in the microwave in 2 minutes, is ready to be used and retains heat for 7 - 10 minutes . Also , it is long and wide enough that you can wrap it around your neck without using your hands to keep it in place ( for those days that you sleep on the pillow wrong) and have a crik in ur neck. It would be more ideal if it was a little longer as (if you an average height male), it will not go longer than your mid back if you place it on your shoulder and you will have to use your hands or lay down to keep it in place.
