NutraBio Intra Blast - 30 Servings (Green Apple)

Probably the best intra-workout supplement I have seen based on ingredient profile and price. This stuff is really excellent and also has a nice flavor. Helps to not only get extra fluids in during the training session but also contains key ingredients to fuel them. Cannot recommend highly enough if you are serious about your training, have particularly long sessions or have problems with recovery.

They sell this product at the gym I go to. The pro there suggested this to drink while working out to help with recovery and as a protein source. My experience was that I worked legs one day and was very sore the next day. A week later, I bough this product and added to my water while working out on legs again. To my surprise, the next day I was only slightly sore and felt I could hit legs again! This purchase was my third bottle and see that all the serious gym folks use this. It's highly recommended by the pros, and from my experience, by me!I've tried a few flavors. My favorites are Green Tea and this Green Apple.BTW, you'll need to drink the entire amount in your bottle and not leave any in there. Once the protein is activated in water, it will smell bad after a period of time. Wash your bottle after use! One way to avoid the bad smell is to put it in the refrigerator. Hope this is helpful!

Such a great supplement for those days where you’re fatigued and zombie-like, or for those extremely long lifting sessions. However, I think Intrablast is best for advanced weightlifters (aka “gym rats”) who are deep into their cutting phase (single-digit body fat %).

For some reason I can’t seem to escape BCAAs with weird after-tastes but other than that, these are the best BCAAs I’ve ever had. This is definitely my go-to brand now

I tried a sample today in club metro, tastes really really good. I purchased it right after i tried it, dosages are really really well put together.
