So, I would suggest using your computer to program this. The exception being on-the-fly changes needing to be made when scanning different barcodes or I to different applications.Once the program is installed on your computer to program this, it's pretty straightforward and works exactly as expected. In my situation, I'm able to scan multiple types of barcodes and they all get entered exactly as expected.The included stand works great. Creates the visible laser line and makes scanning a breeze. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

So pleased with this scanner. I needed one that would be compatible with my square stand. The last one I bought (and returned) "claimed" it worked with square stand and didn't. This one works GREAT! Took only seconds to set up and checkout is a breeze...both my customers and I were impressed!!!
