Just make sure you order youre right size,but apart from that,these made a huge difference in my workouts,i do most crossfit,emom workouts and these helped out that small knee uncomfourtness i was having through out my weightloss journey,great material,and when you sweat massively these dont get that funky smell ,cause the material is great. 10/10

My knee circumference is 14 inches, so I bought size M. It was the perfect size.It's very comfortable and it's easier to squat

I am a 54 year old ex athlete that has bad knee problems. I injured my right knee joint when I started a few months ago working out. I started to use the knee sleeves and I feel the difference in support, durability and stability. The product is worth the money as it protects you from potential injury. I wish I had these knee sleeves when I restarted to workout I would have avoided the knee injury that I sustained. Great product.

The knee sleeves seem well made and fit nicely today was first time using sleeves and it has def made leg day alot more doable no more knees sticking in the middle. However the free bag is trash I don't use a bag but fig might aswell as soon as I opened it at the gym the seems blew out they didn't even use nylon thread more like sewing repair kit thread. Hopefully over time these continue to help as well as today

I absolutely love these knee braces. They don’t slide down when you’re doing squats. They fit nice and tight there. They are a wetsuit material. It does get a little hot, but my God does they work excellent. I used to use wraps for my knees not anymore. this product is really good.

I bought this product to help with my squats. It has been a lifesaver. I squat often and gives a lot of support. Will repurchase again!

Do not size down as it recommends UNLESS it’s specifically for competition powerlifting. Use your recommended size otherwise. Great product otherwise.
