PLEASE READ LAST PARAGRAPHI've been looking into a lot of things lately to help with the health of my menstrual cycle in general. Many women, myself included, have issues with estrogen dominance, so DIM is good to include because it helps your body metabolize excess estrogen. I do like that it also contains the Dong Quai to balance that out somewhat though. I would recommend looking into these active ingredients for your own specific problems, however, because they might not be for everyone. If you are estrogen dominant but still have low levels of both hormones, for example, maybe that estrogen doesn't actually need to be metabolized faster. But I like that the label is pretty transparent with amounts of everything and active ingredients.I took the full dosage for a month, and haven't seen any changes or improvements in my usual symptoms. I still had my acne, some breast tenderness, mood swings, depressive episodes, etc. My cycle was closer to the ideal length of 28-30 days, but it's not super regular anyway so it could have been random. As for my period, cramps may have been lighter but they were also lighter last period before I took this, so that’s also hard to tell. My mood swings were as bad as ever if not worse, and with everything else there was no noticeable difference. Overall, there were no significant improvements. I also had an uneven number of gummies, I think, but I’m not sure if there was one extra or one missing. Not a great sign for quality control though.The flavor is too sweet in my opinion and doesn't really taste like strawberry, but it's not terrible. I think they could easily afford to cut down the sugar though. And I'm not a fan of the sugar and corn syrup, but yeah... Using lower-calorie or less processed alternatives (allulose, monk fruit extract, coconut sugar, erythritol, etc.) could be a good idea. If it were me though, I'd just cut it down and not add anything, or add more sour so it tastes more like fruit and less like bland sweetness. I also watch my added sugar intake in general so I probably wouldn't want very much extra sugar in a daily supplement. The texture is a little grainy. It's a very soft gummy as well, not as gelatinous as some. I usually take these on an empty stomach and haven't had much nausea or anything yet, but it does leave a bit of an unpleasant/slightly bitter taste in my mouth, so I recommend taking them with a meal. 
The price is pretty expensive for a one-month supply since you could probably get the same ingredients elsewhere for cheaper, but it might depend on what type of product works best for you. And some people don't do as well with capsules as they do with gummies. These are also pretty naturally made, with natural colors and flavors that are also vegan.Personally I wouldn't pay this much for something that was ineffective for me, but others may find that it helps. Every person's body might react a bit differently. I’m going to look elsewhere for PMS solutions though.The customer service is nice if you leave five stars, otherwise you can get paid to increase the rating, or more to delete your review, or you get offered more products. Misleading, in my opinion, and a dishonest way to get high ratings. They also do not give you the price of shipping back with their re.bates, which is sad because the shipping was expensive. I only updated this review because five star reviews are the ones read most often, and I want everyone to see this before they buy or trust the brand.

My gummies arrived just in time as I had just started my period! I definitely noticed reduced acne and no cramps! It didn't do much to affect my bloating. The taste was alright, mine smelled very "vegetable"-y (which makes sense given the ingredients), but one thing that I couldn't get over was the texture of the gummies. , and They are oddly gritty, enough to the point to be offputting. I would rebuy them if they changed the texture, but I just can't do it until it's changed.Edit: brought my rating up to 5 stars for the customer service

I bought this to help with pms symptoms and to try to help regulate my periods. I took it the morning after it came in and spent the day out on the water. That evening I had the worst migraine I’ve ever had in my life. It felt like my head was going to explode through my skull. I thought maybe it was the sun and I didn’t drink enough water that day, but I took this vitamin two days later and the same exact thing happened. I also got sick to my stomach, but that might have been because I was in so much pain. This stuff has great reviews so maybe it’s just my body not reacting well to it, but I just figured I’d share my experience. My bottle will be going in the trash!!

Love the flavor, it isn't too strong but it is good. The texture is a little different but I was able to get passed that. Definitely helps with bloating and other symptoms but made my stomach feel a little bit "off". I would still recommend though!

I was skeptical at first. I’ve tried other products and nothing was very effective.I am 31 years old and have had really bad cramps forever to the point I have wondered if I have had something wrong with me. The cramps typically lasted a day and varied in severity, also my face would break out every time it was “that time of the month”. I bought this product not really expecting that much. It’s been 3 months I have been using it and the cramping pain has been alleviated immensely. What was an all day affair of pain and uncomfortable cramping has become maybe an hour. The break outs on my face have improved too as a bonus. My period was always a dreaded thing, wondering if it would be a really bad one, I was shocked at how well these worked for me just in the first month.I did get other weird side effects though, that I never had with my period. Hot flashes, I started feeling a bit of night sweats that I never got before, but I would trade the crippling pain for night sweats any day.The only thing I don’t like about this product is it has corn syrup in it, I feel like they could forego that.

I'm always put off by supplements because of the taste but these were actually really good. On top of that, I almost immediately noticed that the bloating I normally get a week before my time of the month, wasn't as bad while taking these. I also usually cramp really bad prior and it hasn't been that bad with these. Usually regular pain meds don't even help me because I've always struggled with extremely painful periods but these have been great.

This product is overall very misleading. It looks really good and appetizing in the photos but when you get it it actually looks really nasty & it’s a completely different color. Also the texture of it tastes weird. & to add on, I’ve heard that their company is bribing people to write good reviews so Idk how well I trust this.

The media could not be loaded.  This product is amazing, especially for an on the go woman who doesn’t have time to worry about monthly pain and symptoms! No more worries on a busy week! I love that it is a gluten free and vegan product so I feel confident that what I am using is safe and leaves me worry free! They are cute little strawberry gummies and the pain relief is great💕!!
