Heavy-duty!
We installed two of these trays in the cab of our new fire engine to hold cell phones, keys, etc. when responding to calls. They are heavy-duty, well-built units that I expect will last for many years.

We use a lot of larger-than-letter-size envelopes, and this accommodates that well. I wouldn't call It satin nickel, more like 'putty', but that's fine with me.
