Keeps birds away!
We clip these to the lifelines on our 26 ft sailboat. It keeps the swallows that nest under the docks off the boat. Because they are cardboard, they eventually come apart. We replace them maybe pnce a summer. You have to get the holographic ones.

Great for 2000’s theme
These were a great long set of decorations. I’m the picture you see four sets. Worth every penny. Will reuse them for another party, packed them neatly pretty easily.

Expect a big fail if using outdoors
Beware that this product is not meant to be used outdoors despite claims to the contrary in the item description. The flags are strung together using only a thin thread that broke easily in a light breeze. The flags also came apart when exposed to any moisture. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend.
