With this product, you get two pieces: a heart shaped silicone cleaning pad and a scratchy sponge thing in a circular tin to rub pigment off your brushes with. In my opinion, both function fairly well.The scratchy sponge thing works well but it gets dirty very fast and I found myself having issues washing out every last bit of product so it ended up kinda discolored after a few uses even after a good thorough washing. I don't think I would continue using it for very long because I think the tiny fragments of makeup will eventually go bad and make it icky, so that's a bit of a bust but good for 5-7 uses I suppose.The heart pad is really the star of the show. I absolutely love it and think its quality makes up for the tin can's inability to ever be fully clean. First of all, it's super adorable to look at and hold. It's about the size of your palm and has a slot where you can put your fingers to hold onto it while you wash your brushes. It also has three different segments to wash your brush off on and they all work well. The only minor issue I have is that after a couple of uses, my foundation/products seemed to *very slightly* discolor it. It's barely noticeable and may be my own fault for not washing it out with something stronger than water. Because of it's size, ease of use, and ability to get your brushes clean super fast, I'd say it's awesome. Being cute is absolutely a bonus here too and makes cleaning your brushes extra fun and special.Overall, I wish there were a way to buy the cute silicone pad separately from the scratchy pad because the scratchy pad is kinda junky but hey, they both do work to some extent. And the heart alone is worth putting up with the scratch pad.

I was really skeptical of the quick color change makeup brush cleaner, but it has been a huge success. I'm able to use the same eyeshadow brush for different colors without contaminating the colors. I am able to play around with my look and keep my brushes cleaner a bit longer. The silicone mat has been a great help, too.

This product is exactly what I was looking for. The dry brush clean sponge works wonderfully and helps make my morning makeup routine fast and more environmentally friendly (not using tissues and such to wipe makeup brushes while putting makeup on). The heart-shaped scrubber is not only cute, but effective. It can slide over your fingers to hold and then scrub the brush with the other hand. The three textures on the scrubber are also very helpful, as they allow use of the product on a variety of brushes. I use a spray brush cleaner containing rose water, and it works wonderfully with the scrubber.I would highly recommend this to anyone who wear makeup.

Such a cute little set I really wanted to try the quick change cleaner for your powdered brushes and it does work it's not going to clean the brush but if you need some of the color to go off these help it's always sitting out on my vainity when I'm getting ready mostly I use after I'm done with a color I'll swirl it on the sponge and then go in with my quick clean spray and wipe the rest off the heart shape cleaner is really cute and it works I tend to clean my brushes with a brush cleaning machine but I do keep this handy when doing that cause I like to get it all soaked up in the solution and then I'll run my brushes on the heart to deep clean them so definitely a good buy

This is a nifty product, but not novel by any means. It is simply a plastic-y sponge, rough enough to knock some powder off your brushes. I was hoping that it had some sort of cleaner embedded in it, but no such luck.It works well enough to switch from light colors, but definitely doesn't clean your brush enough to go from a dark color to a light color (these were also clean brushes).

Finally, I found a good inexpensive cleaning kit for my makeup brushes. I love this little kit because it fits everywhere. I don't have much room where I store my makeup so this is perfect for me. These tools get the job done. My brushes look brand new after I finish washing them with the heart shaped cleaner. I love the color removing sponge too. You can remove the colors and reuse the brush woth no problems. I highly recommend this kit to anyone who wants a hogh quality cleaning kit and save some cash at the same time.

Very good items for a very good price. The brush cleaning pan is very effective for switching colors or cleaning off a brush to cleanly blend without muddying. I didn't think the heart scrubber would get much use or be all that much better than just using my hand, but it actually is. All the different surface textures are very effective at throughly cleaning every nook and cranny of my brushes.

This is exactly what I wanted/needed. Nice that this came as a kit instead of having to purchase separately. AND they send cute follow-up emails. :)

I use a few makeup brushes when I'm doing my eye makeup and it sometimes gets annoying having to wash all my brushes when one brush could do the same job. Introduce this amazing product. I just wipe my brush after each time I change to a different color of eyeshadow and it brings it like clean. I still, of course, give my brushes their weekly clean but this helps on a daily basis.

Oh why has it taken me till my 60th year to find this product?! The silicone mat is excellent for releasing the make up from my foundation/blusher and contouring brushes and makes washing them a doddle. The sponge for the eye shadow brushes is just amazing- used the same brush in 4 different shades and could not believe it was like using 4?new brushes!!!! Perfect!

Great product - use the wipe thing daily and the wash heart weekly. Only thing with the black sponge -but this could be how I use it- is I feel affect the brush shape, maybe makes the hairs more susiptible to breaking???

Absolutely love this set! The colour switcher makes it so easy to switch colours (funnily enough) when using a lot of different colours. You can still some colour on the brush, but not enough to interfere with the new colour you pick up. The colour switcher obviously doesn't clean brushes, but the little rubber heart included makes properly cleaning your brushes a doddle. It used to take me hours to make sure I had cleaned everything properly, and now I can be done within half an hour. Absolutely amazing, and a definite incentive to properly clean my brushes more often.

I was really skeptic about this whole brush cleaner trend until I bought one. They work really well and a decent size for travelling, my brushes are cleaned and no residue left behind. Impressive.

Just not worth the money..... a tin with a dry sponge in it (for wiping brushes across?!)...a tissue or make up wipe works better!!!Plus a tiny silicone/ plastic heart with a few bumps on it.....use the palm of your hand or a shower puff for better results.....or you could probably buy similar better items from Poundland! Really not impressed.

Amazing products! The silicone cleaning mitt is cute and good for cleaning brushes with, and the sponge is a godsend for quickly cleaning eyeshadow brushes when changing colours. Would fully recommend!

I was a bit apprehensive and confused when the product arrived. I normally used hot water and shampoo to clean my brushes so I had no idea of this was going to work. It definitely does the job of getting rid of build up from brushes and only needs rinsed with water and is good to use again.

I'd love to give 5 stars (I have high hopes!) But I bought it as a secret santa & I've really overspent this month - I want one for myself - so come the end of the month I will be purchasing another one, can't wait!

It all works a treat. This is an absolute bargain. My brushes end up much cleaner between both the color switch and the silicone brush cleaner. I use less brush cleanser too!
