The Art of Veterinary Practice Management 2nd Edition

Fantastic overall book for either an owner or practice manager. Almost every page has incredibly valuable ideas that will either save you money or help you make more of it. Only complaint is that roughly a third to half the pages have an editorial issue - either an added word, or wrong word, etc. It's not enough to lower my rating to 4 stars, but it did distract me often. Despite this, it's one the most readable of these types of books, it's intentionally not written like a textbook which was quite appreciated!

I'd heard great things about Mark Opperman. I haven't even finished the book yet and I've already enrolled in a 2-day conference with him and Sheila Grosdidier.

Really great info especially pertaining to client relations and information on how to manage team members in a veterinary practice. While my own practice is mobile and very small, I did find a lot of useful info in this positive, upbeat, realistic book.

Mark and Sheila explain how to make a veterinary office a true success and a pleasure to work in. Do yourself a favor and buy a copy. It works. .
