Then this little envelope comes and inside, you find a very nice little pouch, soft leather, sueded thick fabric, I’m not sure but it is a very nice touch. Ordering/shipping:Ordering was easy. Instructions were simple and straightforward. Received the product in less than 2 week. For a custom design I think that is great timing!Product:It's mostly smooth. You can feel the engraving a little bit. Everything was spelled correctly. You can see a little bit of engraving mark next to the O which isn't suppose to be there but it's okay.As you can see it was bought for my cat. Would recommend this product.

i got this for my cat a while ago and it was much better than i couldve imagined. I at first got a pendant from the dog collar maker at walmart and it was very poor quality, didnt fit all the text i needed, and was $15. But with this collar its amazing quality, has lasted 2 months so far, fit all the text I needed for only $10. Not only that but when i was customizing the back, it orginially didnt let me type my whole address but the providers of the pendant must have noticed and they fixed the one missing letter i needed ( i tried typing ave and could ony do av ) so great customer service!!! Thank you!!

I ordered these had expecting them to not be in good quality but cute for my 2 fur babies. When this came in tho it was thicker than I thought which is perfect to keep them in mint condition. Keep in mind the one I took the photo of is a 36 week year old puppy who can’t even tell it’s on her. I feel a lot safer with these on my babies and it makes me happy that not only are they safe but they are stylish too. I don’t regret my purchase whatsoever and their collars have already been through so much that the fact they haven’t tarnished is wild to me.
