Are these good enough to calibrate a job site table saw or miter saw? Building drawer boxes soon.

Yes, the squares are precision milled and I used them for them to calibrate miter, table, and multiple other wood shop usages. Side note, the squares are not salt water resistant (Hurricane IAN did quite a number on them). I'm perfectly satisfied with the quality and will replace them in due time with the same.

In the photos it shows one square in a case. Nowhere does it say they all come in there own case & before I ordered them I want to confirm it.(?)

Each square came in its own plastic case. I was very impressed with the care that was used in to protect them.
