I purchased these to help with my hormonal cystic acne. So far they seem to help. I get fewer bumps and they seem to last for a shorter period of time. They heal quicker and seem to be less painful. I have been taking them for 2 months now. Hoping these results continue to improve my skin. Overall so far so good!!

I will start this out by saying I have PCOS and I bought these pills because I tried EVERYTHING in terms of hormonal acne on my shoulders and back. It took a little bit for them to get going, but my shoulders and back are now almost completely clear, with only a few cystic pimples popping up every once in a while! You need to be a little patient with these pills, but they will work I believe! They may be a little pricey, but if you’re anything like me and take a whole host of supplements, these are worth switching out a few of the other pills for!

Product was recommended to me by a Sephora clerk for acne treatment. Hated it and it gave me very severe headaches. My gyno later told me it was a bad idea.

I rarely get a pimple anymore and if i do, it's usually around that time of the month and it's a small white head that quickly goes away. This stuff is magical. I love it and won't ever go without it. I recommend it to everyone. Even dermatologists couldn't help me cure my acne and upon doing my own online research, i learned about this stuff... and i thank God every day that I did.. GAME CHANGER. But be patient, it takes 3-6 months of consistent use to see full results... maybe even a little longer. But hang in there, don't give up on it cause it's the real deal.

These 2 supplements in conjunction with healthy eating habits and a completely clean skincare routine have changed my skin for the better. I suffered from cystic acne, was put on Accutane, and then after that, I experienced dull, lifeless skin in addition to hormonal breakouts mostly around my mouth, chin, and cheeks. It took about 2 months using these products in order to see results. I recently lowered my dose to half the suggested amount, but noticed small breakouts again, so quickly increased back to suggested dosage.
