Great for kids - not adults.
I purchased this with the assumption of using it myself (I'm 34). I didn't realize that this is more geared around younger kids. The pole itself goes together in seconds. The supplied line is junk (remove and replace immediately). The overall quality of the pole is not what I've come to know and expect from Shakespeare brand in the past. Took 2 months after I ordered it for it to be delivered. So when it shows it's on backorder, believe it!

This is not ambidextrous.
In the description it says that the hand orientation is ambidextrous, this is false. The handle cannot be switched, it is in the traditional fixed position.
