Tastes fine, dissolves quickly. I could feel it working soon after I took the first dose, which surprised me, a lot. When it came time to take another dose, (6 hours later) my cough had returned, along with runny nose and sore throat symptoms. Again, I felt relief, and cough, runny nose and sore throat subsided. It is midnight, 6 hours after last dose, coughing has returned, sore throat is better, runny nose is better, still ache all over, but after 3rd dose, cough has calmed and I can maybe get some sleep.
