I like it!
I recently ordered 4 or these through Amazon and it took several weeks to get them. However, when they arrived I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality. They were less than $2.50 each and really work quite well. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because the plastic end pieces on some were a little oversized which tends to catch on the guitar strings as I take it off the hanger. Not a big deal at all for me but if someone unfamiliar with this little annoyance grabbed the instrument and wasn't careful it has the potential to cause a problem, i.e., breaking string, banging up the instrument. This annoyance can easily be corrected by trimming the plastic end cap with a pair of sharp scissors. They are similar in quality to the hangers at our local music store for a lot more money. I liked them enough to reorder and I've noticed that this time they are offered on Amazon Prime... 4 for under $10.00. It only requires one per instrument, but at almost $6 apiece or 4 for $10... I only need 2 more but I think I'm saving money... unless I buy more instruments to utilize the other two. I suppose my wife can appreciate that risk moreso than your average amazon shopper... or maybe not? Hallelujah and Glory to God!!!

Great hangers for “motivational art”
Bought these instrument hangers about two years ago, and finally got around to hanging up some of my instruments. I was worried they’d only fit a guitar, but thankfully they work with everything from ukuleles to banjos. You can adjust the “prongs” that hold the instrument in place to fit tiny necks like the one on my violin. Loved the fact that they came with GOOD anchors. The kind you drill in instead of hammer in. I’m not worried about any of my babies falling off the wall because they all feel nice and sturdy. Granted I didn’t hang any of my best instruments since I’m more concerned about air humidity (or lack of) than I am concerned about them falling. I do wish these brackets looked a little sleeker/nicer. They are kind of lacking in the style department. But I guess the instruments are what you notice and not the hangers. Overall very pleased. Would buy them again, in fact I already did because I needed 5 and they only came in a package of 4. Now that I see these instruments every day, it’s like motivational wall art...makes me want to practice more.

Perfect for Smaller Instruments
These guitar hangers work excellent for my purpose of hanging up ukuleles. That being said, I'm honestly not sure I would trust them with my heavier guitars. While the hangers come with the plastic pieces that let you drill into plaster, the screws themselves aren't very wide or long. So even if you did manage to find a stud to screw the hooks into, your screws wouldn't be going all that far into the wood.Another reason I don't know if these would work great for a heavy electric is because the support bars are adjustable. That's perfect for hanging up smaller instruments with thinner necks, but just invites trouble if the support bars can spread apart wide enough to let something fall through. If you're looking to hang up smaller instruments, then 100% go for these. If you have a heavier guitar, be sure you have a stud finder, and buy yourself some larger screws.

Going strong for over 5 years
As with anything you screw into drywall, always purchase heavy duty anchors from a hardware store. Quality anchors are never provided regardless of product price. Judging by the other reviews this is apparently not as “common sense” as I thought. I have used 6 of these anchors in 4 different homes (they have been unistalled and reinstalled) now and (knock on wood) have not had any issues. They hold my 9+ lb les Paul and tele just fine. I always make sure to carefully place the guitar on the hanger to not add too much stress since they are made of plastic.

Excellent product for the price.
When I first decided to hang my guitars (when I ran out of storage space) I first looked at the big name store. A center of sorts. Their hangers were I believe around $15 a piece. So easy math says that's $150 to hang ten guitars. Unfathomable! So I did what I do. Checked Amazon and found these. Bout one set to test them and I'll buy three more sets. The one thing that would have made these a solid 5 stars is if the anchor the included was metal. The one that comes is flimsy and the shew driver slot strips easy but for the price you can happily pick up a pack of metal anchors. Buy them if you need to hang guitars. One other thing I liked and almost forgot to mention is that the pegs that hold your guitar are adjustable so they really conform to what ever neck head is hanging from it.

I love them! Don’t believe haters. These are solid.
Not sure what people are complaining about. These were an absolute bargain and they are quite sturdy. Just put up my 3 guitars this morning. Didn’t need the draw wall screws since my walls are wood. For 7 bucks for 4 they come with all you need. Yeah I can’t get the telecaster to sit perfectly straight but that’s the nature of the beast. The prongs that hold the guitars are solid...from bad reviews I thought they might be flexible or bendable. They simply swivel to accommodate the headstock of the guitar. Check out my pic. Took me 10 mins to install and makes my office look 10x cooler. Awesome product. Sturdy. Absolute trust my Gibson on it. Now if my Gibson was thousands of dollars it would probably live in a hard case. Otherwise these are sweet. Feels like a mini guitar shop in here now.

Guitar Hangar Were Good, Drywall Screws Were Junk.
Can't beat the price for these and I was a bit hesitant to order because it was so cheap for the 4-pack. However, i was happy with the hangars themselves but I agree with the other reviews that the drywall screws are not nearly strong enough. I ditched the packaged ones and picked up some strong ones at the store. I got the 30lb from the hardware store and still wasn't enough, considering my start was laying on the floor one morning and the whole thing had come off the wall. Upgraded to a 50lb drywall screw, then screwed in the screws that came with the hangars and all is fine! They look great hanging on my wall, all for a very reasonable price! Only reason these didn't get 5 stars is due to the fact they don't ship with the proper drywall screws/mounts.

Excelente producto a buen precio.

Do not use with heavy Guitars!
Long story short, cheap plastic broke hanging a not so heavy electric guitar. Beware.
