I would not use this for that, as to take out nappy would be not the most comfortable experience.

Can this be used for adult diapers? Each diaper pants M adult size .our main aim is to kill the smell and frequent trips to throw the soiled pants

My Son and Daughter-in-Law weren't really impressed with this to be honest. They stopped using it after a couple of weeks, so bit of a waste of money really . Don't know what they didn't like but I suspect they found it easier to just dispose of nappies in normal way !! I know it wasn't as big as I thought it would be, so it probably wouldn't be very suitable for adult use. Hope this helps in some way.

What is different to using this from a nappy bag and normal bin?

This bin is useless in comparison. A nappy bag and normal bin means you are not struggling with opening it and you can empty the bin easily. This bin is hard to open and smells worse.
