I have been using this regularly for 5 minutes at a time. Usually multiple times per day. It stretches your back which is really uncomfortable but the less it needs stretching the more comfortable it will be. I finally got up to the highest setting which they say is for yogis. I only do that for 2 minutes currently. I've been doing standing backbends and head stands and a few other things while I've been using this and my back feels way better most of the time
