Does what it claims
I have tried a few other eye cream before this one and this one is the best so far. I have been using it for a month now. I see good results regarding dark circles and puffiness. Some results in smoothening fine lines as well.However, it a bit tingly? Idk, I have dry eyes amd I feel like this serum makes my eyes thirsty. But I do use it all over my closed eyes. So, that could be because of that.Nonetheless, I love the product. It's notsticky or greasy but does look oily when applied. I use it as a night cream, so that's okay for me.
