Adecuado en su presentación y estructura. Correcta relación entre teoría y práctica y enfoque adecuado a la metodología. No obstante, me he quedado con falta de más ejemplos y sobre todo más práctica en Minitab.

Sur tous les livres Six Sigma que je connaisse c'est le seul qui est de qualité scientifiquement parlant. Les exemples sont concrets (orientés à l'industrie) et exposés de manière théorique et pragmatique associés à des logiciels forts connus et standards dans le domaine. Enfin un livre pour ingénieurs travaillant dans la R&D scientifique et non un livre pour managers n'ayant à apprendre que du bla bla théorique.

Excelente calidad del producto en términos de diseño, pero muy básico en su contenido.

It has already been reviewed. Why twice? It does not have much on the design of experiments. i.e. factorial experiments. Nobody seems to cover the subject with Excel. That is what is needed.
