UPDATE: This is an update to my earlier review. I reached out to the company via email and they immediately replied. They sent me an entire replacement shower at no expense. I'm very impressed with their communication and they worked immediately to make this right. I'll be purchasing a product form them in the future and continue to stand by their product. I think we got a very deep freeze, and that this particular shower has to be selected to the foot wash feature to completely drain the water from the diverter in the case of a heavy freeze. Pleased with this product overall.At first this shower was great-- love the diverter features and the water pressure through the shower faucet was excellent. However after less than 7 months outside, multiple components have failed. The diverter leaks when it is both on and off (bigger leak when it's on) and some of the fittings in the pipe leading up to the showerhead have failed as well. When the diverter is in the open position, water comes out of all three options, regardless of which option is selected.I made care to properly winterize this shower system- and so I'm left to understand that the rubber fittings inside the diverter have degraded in some way. I think this shower could be okay for an indoor setting.

Fantastic value
I used this shower head as and outdoor shower for a year so far. The materials are good and the functioning has been flawless. The handheld wand is perfect for washing a dog and the mixing valve works great.

its not stainless steel
We bought this as outdoor shower, its rusting and leaking. trying to get a replacement part was tedious and ridiculous.We haven't even used it that much and already worn out!

I was shocked at the water pressure from the head! Outdoor shower use.
We purchased this system for an inexpensive outdoor shower option. For the low price, we expected a lower quality product. It was not low quality. The head has the perfect amount of water pressure with the rain head look. Everything functions well, installed easy. We left it outside over winter in zone 5, with water drained out of system. Will update in the spring.

Received opened package
When initially received the original packaging had obviously been re-taped. Upon opening, I noticed the instruction manual was stained and mildewed. I paid for a new one, I expect an unopened box and not someone's return
