My family has been using this product for a few years. The ingredients are pretty clean, it’s sugar-free and I love that they use organic ingredients. One of the few quality electrolytes available, in my opinion. I love this flavor too! Tastes like a refreshing burst of light orange juice - not too sweet at all, which I personally love! This has made me drink a lot more water. I usually have the individual packets on hand but we use so much of this that I bought the larger container… Highly recommend!!

I’ve tried a lot of brands of hydration packets and this is by far my favorite. I don’t like super sweet so if you like super sweet this is not the one for you. The orange and lemon are my favorites. They taste like I actually squeezed an orange or lemon in my water. I noticed a huge difference in my hydration when using this. I drink a lot of water but prior to getting nectar I was still feeling dehydrated. I use one packet a day (maybe two on a hot summer day) and it does the trick giving my body those added electrolytes it needs. I feel more energized too. On days where I would forget to bring a packet I noticed a huge difference. The only thing is it doesn’t dissolve very easily so you really have to put in work.

My fav electrolyte that I've found so far. I'm not a very habit-oriented person but you can count on me drinking this every single morning! I always mix it into a 24 oz thermos and it gives me more of a flavored water taste, which I prefer. It's not too sweet, not too salty. The stevia leaf extract doesn't ring as fake to me, and I am usually sensitive and put-off by alternative sugars. Benefits for me: I've noticed my dizziness and tunnel vision from low blood pressure have reduced. Also, after having my first migraine with aura a couple years ago, I sometimes still get an occasional pin-point of that aura in my vision (sans migraine). I noticed that drinking this reduces the instances of that little pinpoint, which I confirmed as soon as I ran out of Nectar packs and had to switch to a different one (Goodonya Hydrate powder). Comparisons to others: * Goodonya Hydrate: clean ingredients, a little expensive, mild yet enjoyable flavor, but I didn't notice the same benefits as mentioned above. * ProMix Watermelon: liked the taste, but very expensive and too salty; I'm not really active enough to justify needing that much salt. * Liquid IV: Ultimately I didn't want the sugar. Cotton Candy (the kids version) was my fav flavor - very light tasting, but that's prob bc it's basically just half of an adult portion. I also really liked the yuzu pineapple flavor with caffeine, but I'd rather have coffee. If I'm particularly active and feel like I need more replenishment, I'll just have two nectar servings that day. Flavor: I liked all the flavors in the variety pack except for orange for some reason. Tasted like watered down orange oil and wasn't for me. After going through the whole variety pack, I have since reordered entire packs of almost all the other flavors: strawberry lemonade, cherry pom, wild berry, and watermelon. Cheers to hydration!

delivered quickly! It was interesting to see how little powder is in each packet but it does the job. I find the flavors to be a mix of really delicious and some that just don't hit the taste buds right, but I do find these to be hydrating after working out or not drinking enough. I love that its organic with no artificial colors or flavors and I appreciate that they are sugar free to prevent glucose spikes. Overall, I would absolutely recommend these for being effective, with a good flavor and smell. Dissolves (mixability) well and it's easy to bring along with you or mix into a bottle of water!

I bought these for daily hydration. I always seem to be dehydrated and have a headache. I have recently learned that as women get older their bodies don't absorb water well. I bought these to help with that. I like that there are good ingredients, especially because it's sugar free. I mix it with my ice water in the morning. It tastes pretty good, although don't expect it to have a strong flavor like Liquid IV. Watermelon is my favorite, but I can drink all of them.

I absolutely love this electrolyte powder. Unlike so many brands out there, the taste isn’t overly strong or salty, which makes it genuinely easy to drink. I start and end my day with one (sometimes 1–2 total), and they make such a noticeable difference in how I feel. I’ve seen real improvements in my ability to focus, and my hydration — even my skin — looks better and feels more hydrated. They’re also amazing for alleviating headaches and are a lifesaver for hangovers after one too many glasses of wine. No calories, great flavor, and not too strong — just clean, refreshing hydration that actually works. This has officially become a daily staple for me!

Stuff works doesn’t taste bad doesn’t taste great. Bland flavor, nothing exciting. It’s like barely flavored water, but it’s the healthiest Gatorade alternative there is out there besides zero sugar body armor (which is the best IMHO). If you’re looking for something to add flavor to your water, this isn’t it. if you’re looking for something for performance and do not care about lack of flavor only then this MAY be for you.
