If you like a dark, sober beer, this is it!

I gave up booze last year after years of drinking lots of different beers. I have tried alcoholic stouts that are worse (some much worse) than this one. Texturally it feels like a stout in your mouth, it has a good taste, but I wasn't getting much chocolate at all. It doesn't have that mouthfeel associated with an alcoholic stout or IPA: what it does have is a curious "fizz" when you take the first mouthful which seems to be on the front edge of your tongue. Overall, I like it and will buy more. I would caution that it doesn't have a strong chocolate taste, but otherwise it is good. Arguably very good.

This doesn't really live up to the description, it tastes strongly of malt and the chocolate and vanilla flavours don't come through. It's not unpleasant, but not a good stout.

Great taste, you wouldn’t think it was zero alcohol at all! Highly recommend!

I really don’t know who writes this reviews. This is horrid tasting it’s like someone has made this with a kid’s chemistry set and then melted a bar of chocolate in the mix. I drunk two just to be sure the rest went in the recycling box unopened. Disgusting.
