This Equipex 350FE Sodir Discus Electric Crepe Machine comes in a compact 17" x 6.25" size and has a 13.75" plate. The plate is made from enamel coated cast iron and can be thermostatically controlled up to 570°F. This machine is UL listed and has a limited one year parts & labor warranty. It features a batter spreader for the operator's convenience. Users can thermostatically control the unit with temperatures as hot as 570 degrees Fahrenheit. Because this plate is heated by a replaceable spiral calrod element, temperatures rise rapidly and heat uniformly spreads across the entire surface.
