This is great! Love that it comes with extra paper in case you mess up or have multiple dogs whose print you want. No mess too which is awesome.Just an fyi - If trying to get your dogs nose print this doesn’t work. I tried and even when pressing hard you don’t get the fine details/lines.

The idea is great, but the ink is very touchy so make sure you gently but quickly pull away from your pets nose/paw or you’ll have a smeared piece.

This product worked as intended.. you place the paw ( or whatever) you're getting a print of over the plastic with a layer of ink on one side and press into the cardstock provided.The only issue I have is the ink pieces can only be used once and the ink itself seems thin and its a very thin layer of it applied on the plastic. You can try to get an impression with the same pad.. but it may not come out clear since the ink from that spot is missing. Anywho,This made it hard to get a clear paw print, let alone snout. The tufts of hair over the paw pads distort the impression .. which I know seems obvious.. but I have a short hair dog. It's mainly bc the ink is so thin in the first place.Idk If I try this again it will be with an actual ink pad rather than one of these kits.

This ink pad does not work well. Not one print came out well and I followed the directions word for word. It ended up in the garbage very quickly.

These really are as easy to use as you think. The only thing I will caution you on is, if you are holding a pets paw to get a paw print, be careful as to may transfer ink onto the surface you are stamping. However, that goes to say, you do not need a lot of pressure to get a good print.
