Is this metal screen? I have beardies who scratch at my screens, and metal is the only thing that they can't get through.

No it's not metal. It's very thick screen material. I have 2 dogs that scratch it when they want to come in and it doesn't rip or mark. Works perfectly.

My spline channel is 1/8in. Will .125in spline be too thick with this screen?

1/8 = .125 You can test this by typing 1, the divide symbol "/", and then 8 into a calculator and pressing the equals button.

With this screen can someone see in? I want something people cant see in but i can see out but also is good for my cats.
