I tried in every position you don’t get the rest to your back as you want it’s actually painful 😥 and it’s adjustable but still it’s not worth it try out some different products if you can

It looks cool and just the thing you need only in the pics. It is impractical and unusable. At lowest setting it doesnt feel like anything and at the first setting itself its too painful. So it doesnt amount to anything. I had to return it asap.

It gives relief immediately , really amazing . Using is before sleep is very helpful. I am using it during my work also .It keeps the spinal cord and neck in proper position , reducing pain developed at the end of the day. I also feel that it reduces stress on eyes also indirectly .

The arc was broken with few days of use. Though it's a good pain reliever. Please look for similar products build with good quality materials
