The house was very easy to assemble. My daughter loves all the features of the house, especially the rooftop patio. I love the space-saving feature that it folds up when not in use as we have a small house. If we could add one feature it would be a removable slide - that's the only truly noticeable difference between this and the larger dream houses that don't fold up. Unfortunately, both orange chairs came bent/warped and are completely unusable. A few of the stickers were missing as well. HOWEVER, Mattel Customer Service fixed these issues quickly for us, so still a 5 star review! She's been playing with this quite a bit! I also love that this house is much less money than the bigger Barbie dream houses. This was definitely a great purchase.

We got this for our granddaughter and she loves it. Everything you need in a barbie house for a great price and quality. It's great that it's compact and can close it up for storage when playing with it. Not a big bulky doll house that you have to find room for.

My daughter LOVES this barbie house. The quality is perfect. It has a way to fit everywhere by closing it. It is a beautiful barbie house, she plays with it all the time and have had it for a long time now.

The media could not be loaded. The delivery came the very next day which i was great, because I showed my neice the video and she was excited about it coming. The doll house was very easy to set up. However it was a picture step instructions not reading instructions. I loved the peice because they wasn’t too tiny everything was a big size so I did like that and the patio with the umbrella pops open. What I didn’t like is that the elevator does get stuck and that the doors were a little cheaply made. Overall for a hundred dollars it’s a good doll house. I would recommend ages 3-5 because of the quality of it but it was a great dollar house and I loved how it turned out despit the mixed reviews I read.

Love the Townhouse, but the only thing is the bed, not being able to move it around? it's adhered to the floor, would have been nice to be able to put another kind of bed, or to just be able to move it around, as an adult doll collector, I love to have the freedom of renovating some of the homes, to spoof it up, and to add more space, but I think Mattel needs to have Barbie update her furniture just a tad, we are not in the 70's, or 80's, or 90's, maybe more realistic for the newer Barbie homes? , and to not have orange chairs that don't really go with anything, maybe white dining chairs for the kitchen? as a home owner, I love originality, and I am slowly updating my home, along with my Barbie Townhouse, she loves it, the new flooring, LOL, her's, not mine, LOL. But all in all, I really like it, not too bad to put it together, just spread out all the parts, and and it's all good, you can do it!!! I love this home, and I think there's going too be another home coming soon, so Barbie can have a neighbor, you're never too old for Barbie. This is worth the money, and the elevator works just fine!!!! Thanks for reading!!!!

My daughter had been asking for a Barbie house literally all year long. Her birthday was at the beginning of this month, and I had pretty much accepted the fact that I was going to have to drop $200 or more on the excessively gigantic and overpriced Barbie Dream House to ensure my daughter’s dreams weren’t crushed and her childhood ruined. I was casually browsing Amazon for My Little Pony birthday decor when I came across this life-changing, bank account-saving, trauma-preventing little gem that I never knew existed up until then! First of all, this house is every bit as nice as the dream house- elevator, accessories, rooftop seating, and a pool/bathtub too! Did I mention the accessories?! There were tons of them!!! My personal favorite thing about this house as opposed to the dream house is the size and portability - we are very space limited in my house, so there’s not a lot of extra room for huge toys/ball pits/mini bowling alleys/what have you, and I was pleasantly surprised at how space efficient this house was. It folds up to about 1 ft wide and 2 ft high, so it’s not taking up the entire room or getting in the way. My daughter can’t tell the difference between this and the dream house anyway, so she’s thrilled with it and has been playing with it nonstop. As if that’s not enough to convince a person, do the math - this house is literally a fraction of the cost of the dream house, and you’re really not sacrificing anything in terms of quality or substance - the only real difference that I can think of would be the difference in size, and for us, the smaller sized house was preferable anyway, so it worked out. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend. One thing I will mention though is that it comes in a huge, very non discreet box that clearly shows what it inside, so if this is a gift, make sure to plan accordingly.

This is so CUTE. My granddaughter LOVES it. It is easy & quick to assemble. It opens up to a size big enough to be used by more than 1 person, then it is EASY & QUICK TO FOLD & PUT AWAY.
