Do the lids snap on and stay on well?

They do snap on, they stay on good unless you over fill the containers! I have put ranch in one of the compartments and not had any spilling issues!

What reusable condiment containers fit in the smaller squares?

No. I have a small bottle for salad dressing, and it is too large to fit in the small squares.

Can I purchase replacement lids?

I doubt it, I couldn’t find even get the company to send me a replacement lid when two arrived damaged! These containers didn’t even last a grading period with my kids; disappointed in the quality for sure!!
