Super satisfied with my purchase and hats off to the seller for sending the unit brand new sealed packed as described and i received item 2 days well in advance than my delivery scheduled. Would love to buy from this seller again. Super awesome and powerful pressure washer. Package came brand new sealed box and after i assembled the washer i was amazed with its power. I have already tried on my terrace and my car and this Karcher k4 had amazed me with its power. Only downfall is that provided water hose kinks and is made of plastic. I would prefer rubberized hose otherwise this is 10 star rated machine. Thanks to the seller for sending a brand new and as described product.

A really good robust item as you would expect from karcher. Its not that heavy to move about as there are wheels to help get you moving. Its pretty compact and not some huge heavy beast that needs to be lugged about. It has bags of power and can easily clean a huge amount of decking that I have with ease. Make sure you have the correct extension on or you will cut holes in the wood, and yes I did. Very easy to put together. A couple of screws and snap on plates and you are good to go. The only gripe I have is the hose. It is stiff and the work of the devil, and impossible to roll up. Just change the hose which is readily available. apart from the hose I would definitely recommend it. One last thing. Make sure to register it as you will get a five year guarantee for peace of mind.

This is my forth Karcher pressure washer. Although a fair few years has passed between each of the purchases if I look at the number of hours use I have had from each of them before something has gone wrong I don't feel that it will count up to many hours useage. So why do I keep purchasing them? Well I have a number of accessories for one. It was also at an unbeatable Amazon price. Another reason is that in most cases parts are readily available and for the most part not too difficult to fix. So I have been lucky to recoup some of the expense of my other models by selling them on. To date I have not been quite so lucky with my previous K4 that is testing my repair skills! To send this off for Karcher to repair is not economically viable as it is nearly as much as what I paid for the new one so I have had to bite the bullet and purchase this one. Despite the large box there is some assembly before you can use the pressure washer. The task of assembly is made easier by downloading an app that walks you through it. Some plastic panels, the wheels, top pull handle and bottom stand all fix with pozi screws (no driver supplied). I know how to put this together but even so I took a look at the app and it is much better than using paper instructions. I registered my new purchase via the app too which is really convenient. My new K4 has improved with an uprated spray gun. Gone is the battery powered light up pressure indicator to be replaced with a much simpler none electronic yellow indicator which probably works more reliably. The vario lance is also different to my older one with its new chunkier design it is easier to adjust and appears to offer a seemingly more powerful spray. The hose is 2 metres longer than its predecessor. At 8 metres it is much easier to get around a car without having to use an extension hose. A big but though is it has lost its wind up reel in favour of you manually coiling it up yourself and hanging it on a hook at the back of the machine. It takes up more space, more difficult to coil up, gets tangled and I really don't like this idea at all. The hose is quite pliable though. The machine is quiet and reasonably powerful. It will clean my car, garage door, window frames, patio and block paving drive. It has got a two year guarantee. It is easy to manoeuvre with its extendable handle and large wheels. It has a long electrical flex with moulded plug. It comes with a dirt blaster accessory included.

The pressure washer is fine, the hose is way to inflexible and has horrible deformation that makes it want to stay looped up. Ideally budget for a replacement rubber hose. I bought the patio cleaner too.. that a little brittle and the plastic broke pretty soon as small stones bounced around inside. I bought replacement spay heads that are brass... Cleaned the patio pretty well though
