Fit is HUGE but still a great product!
Would get 5 if it wasn't for the lack of information on fit. Let me tell you, these are huge. You need to roll them between your fingers just to get them small enough to put in your ear, and that's ok, but that's with the smallest size! There should be an extra-small because even after rolling them, they still feel too big. The medium and large ones are *comically* large. BUY THE 3-PACK ASSORTED like I did....so you can pick for yourself. If you refuse, just buy the small. I swear, I'm not being picky, these are just huge. That aside, they're awesome. Definite sound quality and bass response improvement, and much better isolation. I'm using these on my Xiaomi Pro HD (very highly recommended, by the way) and I'm quite satisfied with my purchase.Tl;dr:Buy the small. But definitely buy them!Picture:Smallest to largest. Smallest ones are the ones I had on my headphones stock, and they are the "medium" size silicone. The "small" Comply tips are exactly the same size.

Perfect for 30 days, then crumbled apart on day 31
I'm so disappointed in the quality and build of these earbuds, after they just broke apart in my hands after only a few weeks of use. I want to get a hold of the seller and see if I can find out what happened or get a replacement, but I don't see an easy way to contact them. In the meantime, I wanted to share a picture and my experience with others on Amazon.I had such high hopes for these earbuds. I did my research. Read the reviews. Determined the right size and style that matched my ears and device. Ordered my Comply Earphone Tips, and started using them--being very pleased with the results. They are very comfortable and just melt into your ear canal, helping keep your earphones in place and blocking out sounds in a very organic manner.<<Just to rewind for a quick moment, one of my biggest issues with the nice, "true wireless Bluetooth headphone" systems out there is that they come with such cheap and uncomfortable earphone tips. The factory tips you get with most of these sophisticated, high-end devices are unusable. They are uncomfortable, pop right out, don't block out noise. My 12 year-old nephew could produce them on his school's 3D printer.>>So I figured I would need the nicest, most high-quality, premium ear tips to go with my fancy bluetooth headphone system. Comply seems to be the leader in the market, when it comes to top quality, tailored, memory foam tips. And this is how I ended up using and enjoying this product for the first few weeks, at least ...>>However, on Day 31 -- one day after my Amazon return policy expired -- both of my Comply Earphone Tips just broke apart in my fingers. They had become fused to my earphone device. I tried carefully to pop them off, so I could move them to my other earphones--and they just fell apart in my hands. I couldn't believe it. And it happened to both of the Comply Earphone Tips at the same time!CONCLUSION: These Comply Tips are flawed; the build and material quality is obviously lacking and are not sturdy enough to be moved from one device to another or handle heat, pressure and moisture over any sustained period. I had barely put this set through the motions and not even given them a worthy outdoor running and sweating test yet. They fell apart on day 31 from low-stress, indoor use. All I tried to do was move them from one set of earphones to another. Perhaps I'm just unlucky and had a bad pair. But I think this definitely gets a "buyer beware" and see what else is out there from me. :((((

Did not last more than a month of use
Very bad quality. It does everything it says it does, but these Comply Foams didn't even last 1 month of use. I most certainly do not recommend it. The big problem is that they are very pricey and decided to buy them expecting a lot from them. Didn't even expect them to break so fast, even with a lot of care. Package of three and have only the L left. I was using the Small ones and a friend, the Medium ones, which also broke.

These are the real deal in comfort.
Comply tips are well known for improving ear comfort for some and sound quality for many, especially in the lower frequencies. There are several models with design goals that are intended to meet a particular need. I decided to try the Comply Comfort T-200 on my Beoplay E8 in-ear buds. They are designed with audiophiles in mind. The positive differences they made were immediately obvious. First and foremost, I noticed improved comfort. Being someone who enjoys the sound quality of the E8's, I often wear them for many hours enjoying my favorite tunes. The Comply tips that came with the E8's are not as comfortable as the Comply Comforts. Second, the Comforts sealed much better and more consistently.I highly recommend the Comply Comfort tips to anyone who is looking for more comfort, with better sealing, and consequently better sound quality.

I'm a big fan of Comply foam tips, I've used them on numerous headphones through the years. This was the first time I tried the Comfort Plus. l much prefer the Isolation tips as I think they create a better seal in my ear canal and in general are much more comfortable to wear. These aren't horrible by any means, they're comfortable enough, just not as comfortable as the Isolation tips. Because of the lesser quality seal, I noticed that I could hear more ambient noise. On an airplane filled with screaming kids going to and from Disneyland that was not so great. In the airport terminals not so bad.

Broke in ONE day
Here's a tip: Don't waste money on Comply! For the price these are unacceptably bad quality. Bought the size recommended for my IEMs and while putting them on was quite a bit difficult, taking them off was extremely hard. The inner material is too grippy and very hard to slide off safely - risking damage to very expensive IEMs.Doing this just 2 times in the first day totally ripped the outer foam material from the core.Isolation is very good. Comfort decent. Sound quality - muffles quite a lot - must have very bright earphones to balance.None of these matter though since they completely broke in less than 24 hours.Could have been great, had the inner material been actually as thought out as the foam. Get yourself something else for your £21...

Such an amazing difference to sound quality!
I bought these to replace the tips on my Sony XBA-2 earbuds and I can't recommend them enough. I initially bought these with the 3 sizes to find the best fit for me, and have since purchased another set of the "medium" size which fit me the best. They take a little bit of getting used to compared to the more traditional PVC tips that come with most earbuds, but what a difference when you start using them!To put them in, you need to compress the tips with your fingers and warm them up a little, then insert into your ears as normal. The foam will then expand to fill the space in your ear which is a rather interesting sensation. Putting them in at work in a noisy office is a strange experience as initially its noisy, but as the foam expands the sound of the office noise slowly starts to fade away, reaching total silence in about 10 seconds. The noise isolation effect really is amazing - it really does block out all the office humdrum sound! They also do a good job on aircraft, although its not total isolation there Comply do make some tips specifically designed for that purpose (I have not tried them so can't comment on their effectiveness).Downsides? The only one for me is that they do get dirty and they have a limited lifespan which will vary depending on how much you use them. For me, I use them about 6 hours a week and they lasted 12 months before I felt the need to replace, but I knew that at the time of purchase and its common with all foam tips, so I don't consider that enough of an issue to knock off a star.Only other comment is check on the comply website to make sure your earbuds are compatible - they sell different sizes to fit all common buds but they do vary, so check before you buy.

I'm In Love With The Shape Of You
I'd been using the standard shaped Comply medium foam tips that came with my Gen 3 B&O E8 IEMs for six months or so. I was never completely happy with the fit, so thought I'd give these spherical ones a try.I'm really impressed. These seem to fit me better; I'm getting them in a bit deeper, which is giving me a noticeable boost to overall volume, bass presence, as well as to detail and stereo imaging, compared to the standard shape. They're staying in place so much better and feel so much more comfortable. The standard shape I would be fiddling with every few minutes, either to reseat them or to give a twist to scratch my ears. It was that twisting motion that split the standard shape; as I'm doing that less frequently, I'm hopeful that the spherical will last longer.I decided on the medium size, it was the right choice for me. If you're not happy with the shape you currently use, definitely give them a go.

Smashing
I had my reservations as the buds that came with my JVC HA-A10T'S were very painful and a bit shoddy. So I was worried these wouldn't be too different or they wouldn't fit my ears/the earphones. I was really surprised, I bought small and though "oh no these aren't going to fit" but I rolled them between my fingers and they're wonderful and sturdy buds, they perfectly adapted to my ear canal. Perfectly noise isolating, better bass, and a much more immersive experience over all. These little buds made such a huge difference, and I'm surprised. If you can afford it, definitely go for it. It'll make your listening experience far more enjoyable.

Making my RHA MA750's shine
These have breathed new life into my RHA MA750i earphones. I was never particularly satisfied with the earphones with the standard earbuds, and I found the memory foam earpieces that came with them too hard and uncomfortable. I previously had a pair of comply ear tips with an old pair of earphones that I was never particularly keen on. But I thought I'd give these comfort ones a go to see if they were more suitable and more importantly, if they would make my RHA's sound a bit better.Well what can I say? They have been a revelation. They block out virtually all exterior sound. I can walk around the streets and not hear the sound of the cars driving past. I can't even hear my footsteps or any cable noise. It's just me and the music (sorry for the cliche, but it's true)They are also making the rha's sound so much better. This the sound I was expecting when I bought them - the excellent seal gives much more bass weight.I can't recommend these enough.
