My friends chiropractor suggested this when she tweaked her back. My friend told me about this. I ordered the 90 count for 26 and change. I have dealt with hip/low back/sciatic/thigh/glute pain for over a year. I followed the directions taking 2 every 3 hours which I did for 24 hours. Since I had achieved a reduced amount of pain and I now take 2 with meals and at bed time. This has been a godsend. I am walking straighter, muscle spasms have subsided and most of all pain has subsided. I hopefully will be able to take the advil, Naprosyn and Tylenol off my counter and only be teaching for this.

Amazing!!! This was recommended me years ago by a PT and chiropractor for a natural muscle relaxant that I could tolerate better than Flexeril. I have a highly sensitive system, it is 100% natural,homeopathic and works absolutely perfectly when you first take it. Be aware it might make you a little tired or sleepy because it does have valeriana( Valerian root) and Passaflora( passion flower) both of which can make you very relaxed or possibly sleepy. It almost immediately helps me with muscle spasms when when they are causing me pain and inmobility. It does have a strong smell, which they tell you about on the bottle. There are instructions to take it slightly differently according to what you need it for. This is coming from a person that cannot tolerate a regular low-dose of 10 mg of Flexeril.😬.I was in a lot of pain recently with muscle spasms and cramping in various parts of my spine and neck andI couldn’t remember the name of it and little by little searching for a natural remedy; It popped up and I remembered the name began with a number and lo and behold it was available on Amazon. They don’t smell or taste good but it’s only for 30 seconds and definitely worth the results. The results are not instantaneous but then you realize you are gradually calmer and in less pain. Definitely worth giving it a try.

I love this formula. It relaxes me, helps me to sleep at night. I also take it when I’m feeling anxious and it calms me down. Good stuff.

For those fishermen and women out there, you will appreciate the description of the smell here... it smells like legit stink bait for catfish. That may be an actual second use for these.Now that we have addressed the smell... I have been fighting muscle tightness from my desk jockey job, working out, yard work, automotive repair, stress, etc. for years. I've been to physical therapy (helped, especially with dry needling) and am enrolled in a special exercise and stretching routine. Nothing has helped as much as these tablets.In my experience, the sciatica, joint and muscle pain would only subside when the muscles finally relaxed and for some reason it seemed impossible for it to be consistent enough to enjoy my lifestyle pain free. This combination of natural substances with this level of quality have been a huge help. It's still only been about a week, but it might not be too soon to call these life changing.I am 6' tall and about 180. I have been taking 2 in the morning and before bed and 2 at each meal. Be warned...Valerian root doesn't have the most enticing aroma. So once you get past that, these are a staple in our medicine cabinet now. I suffer with lower back pain and these help everything relax so I can get a good night's sleep. I like having a more natural alternative to OTC pain meds or muscle relaxers.
