Great factory replacement
Brand new and used just a bit at an alternate office location. So far works perfectly and simplifies transition from one location another; simply unplug the USB-C paired plug and CAT-5, throw the laptop in a bag and reversing that procedure at the other location. Satisfied with this purchase. It identical to the dock and powér supply my computer came with.

do not buy - used product/came with incorrect cable/not fully functional
The docking station was used, and came with a power cable that did not fit into the back of the docking station. I had to get a spare cable that I had at home. Additionally, it does not work with multiple displays - I can have an HDMI display working fine from it, but when I plug in a displayport or USB-C cable to the docking station this new cable will override and the other display disconnects. Lastly, the power button on the docking station does not turn my laptop on, so I still need to open my laptop and use the power button on it.

Expensive but needed. Careful with setup.
These docking stations are the only ones that I could find to support the high end laptops. Power requirements on these higher performance laptops are outside the reach of most. With that you need to be careful and make sure there are no other sources of heat near them as they tend to be warm during use. For the price I would think that they would be a little more resistant to heat. Keep yours in the open and not enclosed. Don’t stack with the power supply, but rather keep them separate and they will work.

Exactly as Described... Maybe Better
Even though it was refurbished, the item arrived in "original" manufacturer box, packed inside another, larger box with some padding to keep it from getting knocked around. It contained the exact item listed (unlike the previous two items of the exact same type I was unfortunate enough to have ordered from a different vendor) in the condition listed (...refer to previous statement in parenthesis). This was a very clean dock in excellent shape (again, exactly as described). All of the ports were undamaged and the duel-lead dock lines were perfect. Even the part of the wiring where it exits the dock proper looked un-rumpled.. which is better than a lot of other "refurbished" units I have received in the past. Maintaining the OEM packaging probably helped with that. The power supply was correctly paired and I was relieved to not have to send back a third dock in a row. Changing vendors was the key.I would offer the personal opinion that the vendor TekZilla is a good bet for getting what you need when you order a refurbished dock. I recommend buying this item from this seller if you want to get what is listed at a decent price.

Not a Stable Product
I have been a Dell product User/Customer since 1996.Dell Laptops are incredible but their accessories do not adhere to the same quality as their computer hardware. The WD19DC is a peice of over priced junk that I purchased as a docking station for my i9 7770 64 gb ram 240 watt laptop. It was replaced the day after I purchased it and has been replaced multiple times since under warrenty. It operates very inconsistently. It has had its BIOS updated multiple times but it does not seem to last.It is a risk to purchase it.I purchased it May 2023 and the product is no longer supported under warrenty so I am throwing it in the bin.RegardsScott

Performance dock
Very good product I recommend it if your computer requires a performance dock

It's OK
The dock has a couple of issues. FIrst there is an internal fan which keeps going off that gets annoying after a while. Second, and worse, is that if I use the dock with an HDMI monitor and try to screen share with Zoom, it causes the screen to flash on and off wildly until the port completely disconnects from the computer (with the usual sound). Last time I had to completely reboot my Precision laptop AND cut power to the dock to get my monitor working again. (Tried reboot first, no cigar. Had to do both.) I was trying to present on Zoom and that wasn't a good outcome. Since then I plug my HDMI monitor into the laptop port, that works, but nullifies some of the reason for shelling out big bucks for the dock. For the price, and connecting it to a NEW Precision 7760 (Late 2021) I'm not too impressed.
